Everybody’s jumping on the bandwagon now!

Almost 2 years ago now, I said this:

At the Democratic Convention in 2004, with no viable candidate seeming to be available, regardless of the outcome of the primaries, Hillary Clinton is going to stand up and announce that she alone can save the party from itself, and the nation from George W. Bush

Of course, I (for whatever reason) had thought that this was going to be some time in February.

Now if you’re thinking “How can they possibly do that, especially after Chicago?” - simple. They will, because nobody will stop them. The democrat base hates Bush with such fervor, that they will be willing to let the Democratic leadership get away with anything — so long as they promise victory over the hated one.

And it appears that the idea is gaining traction . OK, so it’s a comic. But I’m seeing more pundits float the “Hillary in 2004″ theory. I’m telling you, it’s going to happen. And all those people that never vote? They’re going to turn out to vote AGAINST her. If you think people hate GWB, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet.
