The argument for not bombing Iran

Yes, that’s right. Someone made a sensible argument for not bombing Iran. Don’t bomb them, because they want to be bombed.
Which makes sense in an insane kind of way. But given that the leadership of Iran is insane…
I don’t know. I think blowing Iran off the face of the Earth would be amazingly cathartic. But VDH argues that if we only bomb them a little, they might (not likely, but possibly) gain some street cred with the Arabs.
Who am I kidding. The Arabs have hated the Persians for as long as both have existed. No amount of suffering on the part of Iran is going to get them any sympathy now. I’m going back to my original position.
Bomb Iran. Bomb them now.
