The secret to cooking eggs.

Bacon. Seriously. Bacon.
Fry bacon, then put eggs on bacon fat. They won’t stick. I’ve had eggs stick to teflon pans, metal pans, infused pans. I’ve used every kind of fat (except bacon). The eggs always stick.
So that was my problem all along - cleaning the pan after cooking the bacon.
duh.
