Will someone please sell this man a clue? I mean, can he really believe any of this?
Seriously - Who does he propose as a “legitimate international entity”? The U.N.? NATO? France?
And denying rebuilding contracts to countries that opposed our entry into Iraq was PRECISELY the correct thing to do. At least three countries (Russia, France, Germany) opposed us because they knew that eventually their involvement in the theft that was the U.N. Oil-for-Palaces program would come out. Their dual goals of not interrupting the gravy train, and not having the world see just what these countries were doing while men, women, and children were fed to shredders were powerful motivation for them to not upset the tea-cart.
